FAQ
Is a deposit required to book a session?
- I require a 25% non-refundable retainer fee for all photoshoots along with a contract that must be signed before your session is booked. Retainer can be used for a rescheduled shoot in case a cancellation is necessary. Rescheduled shoot must be booked within 7 days of cancellation.
- Remaining balance for the shoot is due within 72 hrs of your photoshoot.
How many images will I get?
- Booked sessions come with a pre-determined number of digital images listed on the 'Prices & Packages' page. Additional digital images can be purchased for $15 per digital image.
- Access to printable size images can be purchased through your online gallery.
How are the images delivered once they are finished?
- I use Pixieset to deliver online shareable galleries to all clients.
- Your final gallery will be available for 1 month after the delivery date. To gain access to images after 3 months, an additional fee of $50 will be charged to recover images. Photos will NOT be available after 6 months.
What does "Professional Editing" mean?
- My editing includes major blemish removal on clothes and body, minor skin retouching, cropping image and color grading. My editing style does not include alterations made to the body shape or skin complexion.
Will I be able to see all the images before editing?
- Within 3 to 5 days after your shoot, you will be given a large number of portraits to choose as your favorites (10 max) to be edited. Once your favorites are chosen, the editing process will begin.
- RAW or UNEDITED images are not available in any package.
Booking Confirmation Process
Once you have your consultation with confirm the type of session and date the following will proceed:
-A digital contract will be sent to your email to finalize the photo session with a return date.
-Invoice payment of a deposit (retainer fee) will be required by the due date. The remaining balance will be paid by invoice sent within 1 week prior to the scheduled photo session.
